Located in the heart of Leonidio, just a short walk from the Kokoris supermarket and with private parking available, our house offers convenience for exploring the town. You can expect a comfortable stay in a peaceful neighborhood, complemented by a beautiful garden. The rental space is situated on the ground floor. You will enter through the kitchen, leading into a hallway from which you can access the bathroom (equipped with a shower and toilet), two bedrooms each featuring a double bed, and the living room. The living room includes a sofa bed suitable for one additional guest. In the courtyard, you will find a BBQ area and access to a laundry room with a washing machine. There is a designated parking spot for your car on the other side of the house.

Heating is provided by radiators for your comfort.
