The entrance is on the first floor, and you will find the dining area upon entering. To your left is the kitchen, with the living room located at the end of the hallway. From the living room, you can access a hallway that leads to the bathroom, which includes a toilet, shower, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, the living room provides access to a small balcony.

The house is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort (heating/cooling). There is no parking available near the house, the nearest parking is about 100 meter distance.
